The furniture's of Fredrik Färg exists in the intersection of art, fashion and design. They are a seamless blend of classical structures with a unique contemporary aesthetic.

Born in 1981 in Lysekil, Sweden. Lives in Stockholm, Sweden. His striking designs have garnered him worldwide attention for a practice that is both whimsical and intelligent. For example in his RE:Cover series, Färg was inspired by the style and structure of classically tailored suits. He playfully transformed vintage chairs into original creations with his innovative use of recycled industrial felt.

Fredrik Färg graduated from the HDK design college in Gothenburg, where he obtained his Master's degree in 2008. His thesis exhibition quickly placed him on the international design map. He has participated in several major design exhibitions such as Salone Satellite in Milan, Dutch Design Week in Eindhoven, the Stockholm Furniture Fair and DMY- Allstars in Berlin. His furniture has received many awards including, Newcomer of the year 2009 by Recidence Magazine, and Year’s Shooting Star 2010 from Elle Deco Sweden. One of his first RE:cover chairs was acquired by the prestigious Nationalmusem in Stockholm.
